The Supreme Court has ordered to activate all the joint venture accounts of EOBI and Bahria Town on Tuesday, Abbtakk reported.
Lawyer Bahria Town Zahid Bhukahri appeared in the court and argued that due to DHA account freeze, Baharia Town and DHA joint venture account has suffered. He said that joint venture account has no relation with EOBI or any of its matters.
He requested the court to issue the order for the activation of Joint venture account.

The court later ordered to activate all the accounts related to the Joint Venture of Baharia Town.

i have visited the site. Development work is going on but obviously its slow. There are alot of bridges on river and also on railway line. the first one was about to complete and prices will boom again i hope in six months time when first sector is accessable from front entrance. i have also visited DHA homes from Kallar Sayedan road from back side . Those are also ready and some blocks of home were ready for possession but only access link road from front would make difference. If one can hold, its worth holding for one year.
